Summary:  database-structure initialization script bugs

Original Submission:  Three files have a problem where a comment on a line has 
been wrapped, causing the execution of the mySQL script to abort. The files 
are: table_bug_cc.structure, table_bug_notification.structure, 
table_bug_watcher.structure

Fixing the wrapped line solves the problem.
