Original Submission:  The link:
https://savannah.gnu.org/cvs/savannah.gnu.org/cvs/?group=plex86
works, like it is supposed to.  But sometimes when navigating around 
savannah.gnu.org a link like:
https://savannah.gnu.org/projects/plex86/savannah.gnu.org/cvs/?group=plex86
will be used, which does not work.  This probably isn't random in nature, but I 
haven't tracked down which links are which for all cases yet......
