When submitting a news item, and then changing its
title, the old title is kept is name of the associated
"forum". That looks bad when it was a typo.
Eg: https://savannah.gnu.org/forum/forum.php?forum_id=704

Can you give more details?
The wrong entry is "Summary:sgml2x 0.99.4" and it should be "Summary: sgml
0.99.4 released"?
