[Savannah-dev] location notes

Hi,

After some thinking about file locations and RTFMing FHS,

Here what I have implemented :

config files: /etc/savannah/{modules}
modules can be lists/common/cvs/...

dumps: /var/share/savannah

XML Schema: /usr/share/savannah/savannah.xsd.

Any comments welcome.
