mailman list settings?

i'm just wondering if we could make the list settings for
samizdat-devel more open, e.g. at least subscribers should be able to
see the list of subscribers. i can understand the worry that if the
list is totally open, robots might be able to "click on the button"
and convert anti-spammed addresses into real addresses (if they decide
they want to grab mailman lists...). But knowing who and how many we
are - and decentralising it, even if right now only 2 people are
actively talking - is probably a good idea. Just go into the mailman
interface and there's an option somewhere there for allowing this.
