Details:

I noticed that a Miner digging through a ceiling would drop down while still
leaving a two-"pixel" thick amount of ground. This means that other pingus
won't fall down through the same hole, which is inconsistent at best. It also
makes you unable to save all pingus on the Halloween 2007 level "Locked up by
the witch", and is inconvenient in numerous other levels.

Additionally the basher would dig two pixels above the level of his/her feet,
which just feels wrong and isn't consistent with the original Lemmings if I
remember correctly.

I've included a patch which I believe corrects this behaviour by adjusting the
y location of ground removed, but I don't know nowhere enough about the game
engine to know whether this breaks anything else in the game. Review by an
experienced developer is probably advisable. I'm also not an experienced C++
programmer, so go easy on me :)
