Details:

This is actually more of a documentation bug. INSTALL.unix lists the
libraries required to install pingus. One of the libraries required is
"physfs", but that is not listed in INSTALL.unix. 

INSTALL.Win32 also does not list physfs as a required library, although it is
mentioned in pingus.vcproj, so it is probably required for Windows too.
