Summary:  The Contrib Dialog needs a level preview

Original Submission:  The contrib dialog, aka the dialog used for levels not 
part of the story mode should get a preview for each unlocked level. In general 
the whole contrib dialog needs cleanup and Pingus should encourage inofficial 
levels a bit more.
