I think it is important because the uplink is decoded with datalink message set and downlink with the telemetry message portion of conf/messages.xml .
I also had the same issue - sd2log did not work with data from logomatic UART1, but no problems with UART0. I will update the wiki to reflect this.Any idea why sd2log doesn't work with data collected on UART1? That was indeed the problem. One needs to connect the logomatic with its uart0 port !
I think that should be clarified on the wiki.
