Follow-up Comment #27, bug #46451 (project octave):

haven't reviewed the code itself yet (don't generally work in compiled code to
catch proper code style, syntax, etc.)

But can confirm that with the patch applied I'm able to set and use
breakpoints within a classdef, both from the CLI using the dbstop command and
within the GUI by using the line numbers.

appreciate the patch, hopefully it can get a thorough review soon.
