Details:

We need to support .svg format images such it's widely used , even the logo
for Octave in gnu.org website is in .svg format (see
https://www.gnu.org/software/octave/img/octave-logo.svg).

I know it's hard because the svg is a very complex specification but It's also
used alot , at least change the format of logo to another format that's
supported by the program it presents. (don't do that plz xD)
