Follow-up Comment #9, bug #55751 (project octave):

@Markus: Could you put a FIXME note in __scatter__.m at the first point that
__go_patch__ is called which references this bug number and explains why
"facecolor" and "edgecolor" need to appear first?

Otherwise, I'm sure someone will come along a few years from now and think it
looks dumb not to have the data first and accidentally revert the change.
