Follow-up Comment #38, bug #53841 (project octave):

I have Qt5 v5.11.1 on Ubuntu 18.10. I usually build the 7z-dist target and
unpack to a location where I have write permission. So I didn't notice the
error before.

Is there something we can do to ship a qhc with added sql tables?
