Follow-up Comment #9, bug #47680 (project octave):

Reposing to fix botched verbatim tag.

I started looking at this bug report and I don't see where the syntax


address@hidden (args, ...);  %% (A)


is documented as a way to call superclass methods in Matlab. All examples that
I've found use the syntax


address@hidden (obj, args, ...) %% (B)


Is the syntax (A) really allowed by Matlab? Could someone please verify?
