Follow-up Comment #15, bug #55646 (project octave):

using ./configure ac_cv_path_OCTAVE=octave.bat


detects octave etc ok, but the compile fails after configure as the
OCTAVE_HOME var isnt set correctly - I'm changing that  in mxe, but that wont
be effect the install from within octave.
