Follow-up Comment #13, bug #50466 (project octave):

Not sure if this is still an active thread.  I'm the author of the robotics
toolbox, and am interested in having it work under Octave.  

Right now I can see two issues with GNU Octave Version: 4.4.0 (hg id:
d703d8bbc6ae), and the change log for 4.4.1 doesn't mention hgtransform.

1. warning: hgtransform: text objects are not yet supported

yet the text concerned seems to be placed at the right location

2.  setting the transformation matrix

The default transformation of the hgtransform works correctly, but as soon as
I set the 'Matrix' property to a non identity value the plot looks very odd. 
I'm drawing a coordinate frame with 3 orthogonal lines, after I set the
'Matrix' property I see only 2 lines of different length.
