* NEWS: mention new selectors
* cmd_merging.cc (update): save the workspace parent revision id in _MTN/update
* selectors.cc (selector_type): add message and update selector types
  (decode_selector): decode new selector types; read the previous update
  revision id from _MTN/update
  (complete_one_selector): handle the new selector types
* work.{cc,hh} (update_file_name): new string constant
  (get_update_path): new static function to get the workspace update filename
