ChangeLog: 


 * move enscript code from file.psp out into common.py
 * update file.psp to use this code
 * new diff.psp which shows syntax highlighted diffs, with 
   links to both revisions being diffed and any files being 
   diffed. If files are being diffed, shows a link to an 
   unrestricted diff of the revisions.
 * update TODO
