Follow-up Comment #1, task #4988 (project mldonkey):

A possible implementation is to replace the modal javascript dialog show on
the "dllink" button in the webgui, with a small frame having a
textarea and a submitt button.

A quikc look at the existing html shows some small difficulties in
getting the submit form references to the new frame, and so on.
