Details:

Command line part of mldonkey should output to console the information
neccessary to connect to available UIs to console upon startup:

* fully qualified URL of http interface (if configured)
* address and port of telnet interface
* (possibly) names of available cross-platform GUIs

This would help mldonkey to be less alien to newbies and people who got used
to GUIs. 

This should be very easy. ;)
