Details:

Hi,
I think there are enough paranoid users like me who switched 
off java-script support by default in their web browsers.
Since the web-interface of mldonkey-server is extensively 
using java-script it would be nice if it would not or parts 
(the buttons on top) would not depend on enabled java script 
support.
