Follow-up Comment #10:

this may cause corruption under certain conditions (i'm not sure, it's a
guess, this message could simply be caused by a client that sends corrupt
data):
example: "Verification of complete block 4057 of FILENAME FAILED,
redownloading it."

the problem seems to increase with more peers we concurrently download from.
