Details:

I have one file that has persisted in not removing itself after a successful
complete download. I have tried a manual commit but even after a power cycle
and reboot the file still remains in Sancho showing downloaded but it won't
go away.  

A second issue might be an issue with the actual files but I am not sure.  I
am trying to download some files and keep getting a "corruption detected ...
chunk 0" message.  In a chat group someone mentioned a possible virus but
this is occuring much too often to be that I think.
