Summary:  WGET missing problem

Original Submission:  If WGET isn't installed (usually isn't on FreeBSD), the 
./configure script doesnt error out if it's missing, which is required to 
download ocaml. Instead it just fails to download ocaml saying it couldnt 
connect. It should say 'install wget', or try using ftp command instead.

configure also tries to compile wget itself, what is the result of that?

cd config
$CC wget wget.c

Please test the attached patch and report if it is working.
Don´t forget to run
cd config ; autoconf ; cd ..
before ./configure
