Summary: mldonkey accept obviously bad server adresses

Original Submission: such as i encountered today when my server list inflated
to to 400 server by a single ip that appeared 340 times but with a different
port for each instance

also private adresses appear often like 10.0.0.0 - 10.255.255.255 172.16.0.0 -
172.31.255.255 192.168.0.0 - 192.168.255.255 that should never be accepted

also others that shoudl not appear are mentioned in
http://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc3330.txt

and of cource the random adresses in the 1.0.0.0 block ( that get blocked by
many routers )

is there any chance to only accept server sources from actualy servers and not
users it might help

Changing severity to 1 because this bug might be solved in current CVS release.

I changed status to feature request: disallow certain IPs when
allow_local_network is false

allow_local_network ring a bell? that should allow private address networks to
work so this option exists

Maybe it shouldn't be forbidden because of mldonkeys usage in private nets like
dorm networks or something like that. But maybe there should be an option for
that.
