Original Submission:  I completed a BT download, but the download is still 
there under the "Use 'commit' to move these completed files to the incoming 
directory" table, no matter how many times I commit.

This happens to me in 2.5-16 (and prior, I have not tested more recent 
versions) when the file name that will be written is invalid (i.e.usually 
presence of quotes in the file name).

Please check if this bug still is in current CVS version.

I seen that the problem is only with multi-file downloads.
