i assume you have 128kbit upload.
try setting it to 22 .
i have set it to 0 and use traffic shaping from the linux kernel, but i think 
there is a bug that one must set it to the factor 2 of the value one wants it 
to be.

Original Submission:  if upload rate isnt set to 0, there is no upload
all above -> no upload
even when i try to set it to 0, mldonkey totaly slows down to hell and my 
connection breakes up
this bug exists already a while

now i tried setting it to 120 kb/s upload (surely too much for my connection) 
but then it worked somehow
now i set it to 12 but upload is <8kb/s

any chance for tuning?
