A LOWID should be < 16*1024*1024 (last .x digit should be 0)
As you can see, mldonkey sends lowidcallbacks to ID that are not LOWID.

CallBack 1046337 65.247.15.0  : is OK

CallBack 3923705817 217.255.222.233  : IS WRONG

it seems a lot of malformed LOWID have 255 in the second digit...
