Summary:  Transfers/Uploads display multiple line for the same file

Original Submission:  When I switch to this page on the web interface I found 
that some files exist in multiple lines (sorted by filename) with different 
Reqs/Total/UPRatio values. Two of them have 35 line for the same filename.

For example:
