Summary: Are complete files correctly published on EMule's kad?

Original Submission: I have a number of completed files in my incoming
directory. I have only kad enabled (no servers, no overnet). Strange thing is
that i don't get any upload for these completed files. Restarting mldonkey
doesn't help. Core is running for five days now, no change.

I wonder if these files are really published on kad...
