Summary:  Problem when compiling in Mingw

Original Submission:  In config/configure we have:

if test "$OS_FILES" = "mingw"; then
   echo "compiling win32 resource file"
   windres -o resfile.o config/mldonkey.rc
fi
==========================================
"make clean" removes resfile.o which is
not rebuild when calling "make".
The building of the resource file should
be moved into the make process.
