Summary:  [Enhancement] Static serverlist or server priorities?

Original Submission:  It would be nice if mlDonkey could set certain servers as 
"Static" -- giving extra priority to those when connecting, or setting servers 
as "always connect", so if you get disconnected, it automatically reconnects to 
that one, isntead of choosing seemingly random servers out of the list.
