Summary:  [Feature Request] Favorite server priority

Original Submission:  Have an option to have servers with connection priority ( 
to be used more often then others )

which will allow people to connect to razorback or local server as a priority ( 
as razorback has more sources to offer and local server offer local content )

when enabled this option should ignore server min users on server for favorite 
servers
