[Mldonkey-bugs] FReq: IP blocking - guarding.p2p should be reloadable by a mlnet-command; Bug: ed2k-link registering

Hello mldonkey developers,

I regularly download a guarding.p2p by a cronjob and NOT by mlnet
while starting, because the file is compressed. no problem so far, but
the file should be reloadable by a mlnet-command, so mlnet should not
be restarted for reloading the new version of guarding.p2p

A second thing:
Since version greater than 2.5-12 (I think) the http answer for
successfully submitted ed2k-links isn't "Done." anymore but the
complete frameset without a good message (which should be handled
better or set back because of ed2k_submit-programs, which don't work
anymore).
From this time the registering of ed2k-links after submitting doesn't
work anymore. Nothing is registered in transfer list.

Hope, somebody could fix/introduce this...
