Summary:  Mldonkey loses downloaded bytes after stopping the core

Original Submission:  The new CVS mldonkey (This bug is not in the 1.16) loses 
chunks of files which weren't completely downloaded when you stop the core from 
GUI. Even issuing the save command before that doesn't help.
