i am using windows xp sp1 as well, and i get the same
message as Troniac does get, with both the static and the
shared ones from 2.00 stable.
$ ./mldonkey
./mldonkey: 1: Syntax error: "(" unexpected
Renaming the executable into mldonkey.exe and starting it
brings this (like at wavyx) :
$ ./mldonkey.exe
Programm ist zu groß für den Arbeitsspeicher (which means
the same as below :) )
Isn't there anyone out there who uses mld on windows? :)
it's just that i want to get it running at my friends pc,
he doesn't want to install a linuxserver for this.

i think that is a memory problem under windows, got exactly
the same error with mldoenky 1.14 (for Win32) under Cygwin.
But i get always this error. From the shell.
$ ./mldonkey
./mldonkey: 1: Syntax error: "(" unexpected
Do you know how i can fix it. I use windows 2000 :o) SP3
