Summary:  mldonkey server files and user are wrong

Original Submission:  I setup a mldonkey server for edonkey

I connected and the server shows always 243 users and 1000 files, my 
configuration settings are ignored

my config is:

        (* Maximal number of clients connected *)
 maxClients = 100

        (* Maximal number of files connected *)
 maxFiles = 10000

I found mldonkey servers with the same problem in the wild internet ;)
