I wrote a little workaround for pppoe that stops pppoe
from dying on a "No buffer space".
You can get the patch from bugs.debian.org and compile
yourself a new pppoe. Its just a few lines change.

grrr... setting max_hard_upload_rate and max_hard_download_rate does not really
help, only the intervall between disconnections due to "no buffer space
available" increases a little.
with a traffic shaper limiting mldonkey traffic it runs just fine. :)
And i can still use my internet connection for something else than the donkey,
which was absolutely not possible before.
