A Workaround is, just clicking the submit button once.
this will rearrange the chechboxes and it will look nice.

In a small browser window, the output of "View 
Downloads" looks very ugly, because the radio- and 
checkboxes are wrapping around.

It would perhaps be better, if you would use   
instead of normal spaces in between the checkboxes, or 
use a "nowrap" attribute in the corresponding <td>'s.

It's working great otherwise!
