[Mldonkey-bugs] downloads go beyond 100%...

hi,
 i got a bunch of downloads that downloaded by far more than 100%, but
 still have transfered only few chunks (means green bars in the gui)...

 i tried a built from recent cvs and the 1.14 version. maybe its because
 switching? has anything happend to confuse the donkey?
 maybe its because the donkey downloads a corrupt chunk from a peer,
 doesnt remember that and keeps on getting that... in mldonkey log i
 have about 1000 messages "BLOC FOR BAD FILE 95E6C..."

 i am stuck, and so are others (see
