So! First of all, we're extremely close to the 0.0.5 release. We're
actually basically there, I just need to finish getting the press
materials lined up tonight. So that's that.

Second, I said I was unsure whether or not this would be 0.0.5 or
0.1.0... I initially hinted it would be the latter, but I've decided
that it will be the former! For two reasons:

 1) We'll be launching mediagoblin.com sometime in october, and it would
    be nice to launch on 0.1.0
 2) After this immediate release we'll start working toward an API,
    multi-media support, and federation. I'd like to kick off work on
    that right after 0.1.0 and leave this month for addressing a few
    other things before we rush into those new exciting futures.

So, other things! This (awesome, awesome) release will go out tomorrow,
which means... time to start planning the next release! Which
means... MediaGoblin contributor meeting!

* MediaGoblin contributor meeting!

*
* When: Saturday, 4PM UTC
* Where: #mediagoblin, irc.freenode.net
* What: Talk about this next release! Help us plan this glorious
*   future!
* Who: You... I hope!

Here's a brief outline of some of the things I think we should see
happen for 0.1.0:

 - Licensing support!
 - Wrap up 0.0.5 stragglers
 - RDFa integration
 - Caching integration
 - More user experience testing and feedback integration!
 - A new and updated website look and feel!
 - Starting to work on multi-media support in the processing backend, if
   there's time?
 - What else?!
 - Surely there are things.

This meeting is welcome to all contributors... including people who have
never contributed before! I hope you can make it! And I look forward
to a release hopefully as exciting as this last one!
