Another followup patch that I just thought of - it would be nice if the
'm' debug flag altered the dumpdef output to show WHICH module provided
the various builtins.  I'm thinking the output would look something like this:

$ m4 -dqm -Dfoo=bar
dumpdef(`__gnu__', `dumpdef', `foo')
__gnu__:        `'{gnu}
dumpdef:        <dumpdef>{m4}
foo:    `bar'
