The following files in CVS HEAD should probably be removed, since a fresh
checkout, followed by bootstrap, configure, and make, will change their
contents:

config-h.in
doc/m4.info

You may even want to consider having bootstrap grab .po files from the
translation project on the web, such as how tar's bootstrap behaves, then
you could also omit:

po/*.po

Also, it may be worth updating .cvsignore to cover all the autogenerated
files - due to gnulib-tool --import and libtoolize, there are currently
more than 100 such files that show up as ? during cvs update.
