Lynx on Unix saves the cookie file in the user's home directory, so should
be immune from this problem.
IE4 on NT stores the cookies in a subdirectory of the user's effective
home directory (\winnt\Profiles\<user>). I presume similar is done
on Win 9[58] and for Netscape (I think Netscape has a per user dirctory
in its private directory tree).
As far as I know, Lynx on Win32 stores cookies in a single global file,
so I presume you actually mean Win32 Lynx, not Lynx in general.
(Some earlier IEs qualified the cookie file name with that of the
logged on user, at least on NT.)
