I'm not quite sure what this question is about. Is it just my release or
did we re-introduce bugs that were fixed?

The question is about lynx_386 port.
I downloaded this package a week ago, mostly for browsing local html-files.
It identifies itself as 2-7-1ac-0.49 but contain several bugs
that are known solved completely in 2-7-1 release for UNIX
(translation of several constrains with non ISOLatin1 characters - broken).
Are you sure in version number?
lynxport.html says:
<title>Lynx2.7 for DOS 386+ or Win32 (ac-0.49)</title>
but
(Updated on 1997.08.12 @ 8:30 EST with 2-7-1ac-0.49)
Leonid.
