question regarding your freeware

Mr. Kramm, 

We have been using your freeware to create some GIF
animations. We are impressed with the results and
would like to ask you a question. In conjunction with
the animated GIF files do you offer any kind of a
'control panel' with features such as Zoom In, Zoom
Out, Play, Stop and Frame View with a slider or while
on a website the ability to stop the rotation and give
mouse control from left to right?
