[Linphone-developers] configuration call new number

Hello, I downloaded linphone via messagenet. I managed to do the 
configuration but when I try to call a number that is not in the address 
book the option call does not appear.
Can you help me?
Enclose there  is the photo of what I see when I try to call with a new 
number.
