Could you please provide them ?

I suspect that you are using a self signed certificate. It it is the case, could you instead use a certificate authority or letsencrypt to generate TLS certificates on your Asterisk server ?

Linphone by default don't accept self signed TLS certificates files.

That said, as a workaround you can use the following key in the linphone_rc of your app if you are building it.

[sip]
verify_server_certs=0
