Hi Benny, I apologise for my belated answer. He are happy to know that Linphone is evaluated for remote communications during these terrible times. For your information, the previous Flatpak procedure, that suffered from its complexity, is no longer maintained. We are going to release our upcoming 4.2 release of Linphone desktop very soon, and public Betas will be available today. I will post an article on our website so that everyone can join and test this Beta. For GNU/Linux users, we will now distribute an AppImage package that should run on every distribution. Simply grant execution permission to the package you've download, double click and that's it. The Linphone 4.1.1 version that you tried is unfortunately a bit outdated. If you are willing to participate to Linphone’s public Beta, would you mind please let me know if you face the same issues? You may also have a look at the following article: https://wiki.linphone.org/xwiki/wiki/public/view/Linphone/Good%20practices%20for%20using%20SIP/. Best regards, Belledonne Communications, the company behind the Linphone project
