I have developed a Android app based on liblinphone. I hope to offer it 
commercially.

1. Who do I speak to regarding licensing and support?

2. Is there a good source of information for dealing with Android Doze and 
Idle? I am using a compliant foreground service as a separate process with 
battery optimization set and Android is still shutting off network access to 
core when in non-interactive mode.
